In an alternate future, Woltekamui claimed that he surpassed all other members of the Winged Bloodline combined, with the exception of Ultimatia. Notably, during this time, Chantioras and Baron Sierra had ascended to the status of Superior Dragons, holding the 12th and 11th ranks, respectively, while Nebulim had seemingly undergone an evolution, as indicated by the emergence of his new horns.

According to legend, Woltekamui’s birth was marked by tragedy he unintentionally killed his mother with the lightning he generated, leading to his branding as a monster that should never have existed. Haunted by the burden of an unredeemable debt to his mother, he embarked on a solitary path of strength, believing that dependency on others signified weakness. At the age of ten, while wounded from a battle against the Sun Cult, he encountered Carla 19835, the past incarnation of Ultimatia. Initially, he dismissed her as an “Ant Woman,” assuming she was nothing more than another mass-produced Carla unit, devoid of individuality or emotion. However, as their interactions deepened, he recognized an unusual “human-like” quality in her, distinguishing her from other Carla models. When Carla offered to heal his wounds, Woltekamui reacted with anger, refusing assistance to avoid indebting himself to another. Despite his rejection, Carla insisted on aiding him, forcing him to accept her help. In response, Woltekamui solemnly vowed to repay his debt by any means necessary, a pledge that led him to dedicate himself to liberating her from the control of the Sun Cult and the influence of the Sun God.

Woltekamui was an immense and majestic dragon with an imposing wingspan that darkened the skies. His shimmering silver-blue scales, infused with mana, radiated an ethereal glow, signifying his overwhelming magical prowess. His piercing, luminous eyes reflected wisdom and raw power, and his wings, adorned with intricate arcane markings, were said to channel mana directly from the atmosphere.

Even during his time as a human, he was regarded as an anomaly “a prodigy of violence who could bring even first-class martial artists to submission,” as described by Crimson. He can also spawn lesser dragons from his own blood and transform between his humanoid and full dragon form, the latter of which allows him to access his maximum power. Superior Dragons are considered powerful enough to annihilate entire armies of tens of thousands of soldiers with ease.

Even in his humanoid form, Woltekamui possesses immense physical strength, demonstrated when he effortlessly overpowered Ragna, despite the latter being exhausted from battle. In the past, a younger Woltekamui defeated and killed the previous wielder of the Thunder Claw, as well as one of Gilzea’s disciples.
