Like Will Serfort, Wignall aspires to reach the ranks of the Magia Vander, though his personal goal is to stand alongside Ellenor Ljos Alf, an esteemed member of the faction. Will even points out that they share similar ambitions, highlighting the parallel between their struggles and motivations.

Despite his noble aspirations, Wignall’s insecurities and self-loathing held him back for years. His desperation to grow stronger, much like Lihanna Owenzaus, drove him to push himself, but the constant negativity from other elves, coupled with his own internal doubts, prevented him from making meaningful progress. It was only after Will supported and believed in him that he finally found the courage to face his fears and fully commit to his pursuit of greatness.

Wignall Lindor has long green hair and distinctive Elf ears, reflecting his elven heritage. His Regarden Magical Academy uniform consists of a light-colored long-sleeved shirt, dark-colored pants, a belt, a student robe, and a bolo tie, giving him a refined yet scholarly appearance.

In casual settings, Wignall prefers a more sophisticated style, wearing a striped dress shirt, a dress vest, armbands, dark pants, and a bolo tie, maintaining his formal and noble demeanor even outside of the academy.

After joining Ellenor Ljos Alf’s faction, Elleaf Canaan, he received a collar from Ellenor, which he now wears as a symbol of his allegiance and devotion to his new path.

In his childhood, Wignall Lindor and Ellenor Ljos Alf lived together as foster siblings, growing up with a close bond. Wignall, seeing Ellenor as small and fragile, developed a strong protective instinct toward her, always wanting to support and stay by her side. However, their time together was cut short when Ellenor was taken away by the High Elves after displaying extraordinary magical talent. This event deeply affected Wignall, driving him to train relentlessly in the hopes of reaching her once more.

The ultimate betrayal came from Ellenor herself, who rejected him outright. At some unspecified time in the past, she even severed his arm using magic, a devastating moment that reinforced Wignall’s sense of inadequacy. However, his arm was presumably reattached soon after, allowing him to continue his journey despite the emotional and physical scars left by their encounter.

By the time Wignall reached his sixth year at Regarden Magical Academy, he had secured his place as the second-ranked student of his year and earned more than enough credits to advance to the Upper Institute. His relentless ambition and determination to reunite with Ellenor continued to fuel his pursuit of strength, despite the pain of his past.

Wignall Lindor is a highly skilled mage, having graduated as the salutatorian of his year at Regarden Magical Academy. However, despite his impressive ranking, he remains self-critical, stating that he is nothing compared to the students of Mercedes Caulis and is even regarded as the weakest Elf among his kin. Fantasy Magic is a unique ability exclusive to Elves, allowing them to turn their fantasies into reality. Initially, Wignall struggled to control this power, causing his magic to manifest only as harmless illusions. However, after overcoming his doubts and fears with Will’s help, he was able to properly wield Fantasy Magic, greatly enhancing his combat effectiveness.

Wind Magic (風魔法, Kaze Mahō)
In addition to Fantasy Magic, Wignall is proficient in Wind Magic, demonstrating the ability to generate strong winds and tornadoes for both offensive and defensive purposes.
