Tsukasa Mikogami

Tsukasa Mikogami (御子神 司, Mikogami Tsukasa) is the main protagonist of the anime and light novel series High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World. Despite being a high school student, Tsukasa serves as the Prime Minister of Japan, earning a reputation as a political prodigy. He is the leader of the group known as the Seven Prodigies, also referred to as the Seven Luminaries, a collection of young geniuses each excelling in their respective fields.

A skilled strategist and charismatic leader, Tsukasa holds firm moral convictions. Disapproving of the corrupt practices used by his father to maintain their family’s wealth and influence, Tsukasa joined forces with his childhood friends, Shinobu Sarutobi and Masato Sanada, to expose his father’s crimes. Their actions ultimately led to his father’s execution and Tsukasa’s subsequent disownment by his mother. Unshaken by personal loss, Tsukasa remains devoted to his ideals of justice and reform.

Tsukasa Mikogami has a slender build and sharp, angular facial features. He is distinguished by his heterochromatic eyes his left eye is violet, while his right eye is a pinkish-red. His hair is silver-gray and unevenly cut, with longer strands on the left side that fall just past his jawline. Originally brown, the reason behind his hair color change remains ambiguous; it is speculated to be either a result of extreme stress or a deliberate modification, potentially carried out by Ringo Ōhoshi or Keine Kanzaki at his request.

For example, when Inzaghi attacked Elm Village and captured Lyrule to make her his concubine, Tsukasa wasted no time formulating a rescue plan and made it clear that those who harm his allies would face justice.

Although confident and composed, Tsukasa is not immune to moments of self-doubt. During his confrontation with Oslo El Gustave, Gustave’s accusations that Tsukasa was a replaceable impostor momentarily shake his confidence. However, the unwavering trust and loyalty of his friends quickly restore his self-assurance, reaffirming his essential role within the group.
