Recognizing the strange happenings involving Ryu Yamada and Urara Shiraishi, Miyamura recruits them into what becomes the Supernatural Studies Club an informal group originally meant to explore the witches’ abilities. His manipulation of events may seem self-serving at times, but his ultimate goal is to uncover the truth behind the supernatural and protect those involved.
