Personality

He is the most eager to reunite the Super Peace Busters and is quick to believe Jinta’s claim that he can see and talk to Meiko “Menma” Honma. Tetsudō is also the first to directly communicate with Menma, promising to fulfill her wish and help her spirit move on. Within the group, he often takes the initiative to mediate and resolve conflicts, acting as a peacemaker during heated moments.

However, beneath his cheerful and carefree personality, Tetsudō harbors deep guilt over his perceived role in Menma’s tragic accident. This inner turmoil is masked by his happy-go-lucky demeanor and his adventurous lifestyle. Despite dropping out of school, Tetsudō has become a world traveler, funding his journeys by taking various part-time jobs. When he is not abroad, he resides in the group’s old secret base, which he has maintained as a sanctuary for their shared memories.
