Shoukichi Naruko(鳴子 章吉, Naruko Shōkichi) is a third-year student at Sohoku High School and a member of the Sohoku High Bicycle Racing Club. As a sprinter from Osaka, he is known by the nickname“Naniwa’s Speed Man”or“Speedster of Naniwa”due to his incredible speed and explosive sprinting ability.
