She became involved with a revolutionary guerrilla group, serving as an elite operative due to her exceptional combat abilities. Her skill set earned her the nickname Bloodhound of Florencia, highlighting her prowess as a tracker and killer.

During her time as a guerrilla fighter, Roberta committed numerous atrocities, including assassinations and acts of terrorism. However, the brutality of her life eventually drove her to seek redemption. Leaving her past behind, she found refuge as a maid in the service of the Lovelace family, a prominent Venezuelan household.

Roberta became deeply loyal to Diego Lovelace, the family patriarch, and his son Garcia Lovelace, whom she treated as her own child.
