On Monday February 19, 2018, Bivines turned himself into Fulton County authorities in connection to the fatalshootingofRyan Thorntonin Buckhead, Atlanta.[3][2][1]
Bivines then allegedly fired severalshots, striking Thornton several times. He fled the scene in a whiteVolkswagen.[3][2]
