Ranko Saōji (左王子 蘭子, Saōji Ranko), is a supporting character in the anime and manga series Sankarea: Undying Love. She is the first cousin of Chihiro Furuya, the series’ protagonist, and is known for her bold personality, flirtatious teasing, and strong emotional attachment to him. Though often referred to by her nickname “Wanko” (a combination of her name and a playful twist), Ranko insists that Chihiro use “-san” when addressing her a running joke that showcases their close yet bickering relationship.
