Rain (レイン, Rein) is a member of the rookie party Clover. As a priest/mage, she has mastered a wide range of advanced spells, from formidable offensive magic to the art of purifying the dead. Her expertise in both healing and combat makes her a versatile asset to the team. Additionally, Rain harbors a quiet admiration for Yuke, often evident in the sparkle of her eyes when she encounters the rare Magical Tools and Artifact items he collects.
Appearance

Appearance in Anime
Rain has light skin, blue hair tied with a yellow ribbon, and dark green eyes. Despite her youthful appearance, she is the same age as Yuke and the oldest among his former students.
Her attire varies depending on the situation. When exploring dungeons, she wears a dark blue dress with a white top, a brown skirt, black tights, and brown shoes, providing both functionality and elegance suitable for her role as a priest/mage.
Outside of dungeon expeditions, Rain dresses more casually, wearing a white dress complemented by a brown ribbon and belt, along with green stockings and brown shoes. Her clothing choices reflect a balance between practicality and refinement, befitting her calm and composed nature.
History
Rain was one of Yuke’s students during his time as an Adventurer Preliminary Training instructor, studying alongside Marina and Silk. The three girls shared a common goal of becoming adventurers and, upon completing their training, they formed a party together.
As they embarked on their journey, they recognized the value of having an experienced leader. When Marina extended an invitation for Yuke to join their group, Rain eagerly agreed, welcoming the opportunity to reunite with her former mentor. With Yuke’s guidance, their newly formed party, Clover, grew stronger as they worked together to take on quests and explore deeper into the dungeon depths.
Personality
Rain has a modest and reserved personality, often displaying a shy demeanor in most situations. However, when around Yuke, she can be surprisingly bold, occasionally expressing her admiration for him in ways that contrast with her usual reserved nature.
She has a deep fascination with Artifacts, particularly rare magical tools such as the Magic Bag and Detecting Lantern that Yuke used during their first quest together. Her excitement over these items often brings out a more animated and enthusiastic side of her.
Despite her generally calm and gentle nature, Rain harbors a strong dislike for Besio Salas, whom she despises for his stalking behavior. Like many other women, she finds his actions repulsive and holds particular contempt for him, referring to him with disdain due to his persistent harassment.
Role in the Story
Rain serves as one of the key magic users in Clover, acting as both an offensive spellcaster and a crucial support healer. Her purification magic makes her especially effective against undead foes, while her offensive spells allow her to contribute significantly in battles.
Beyond combat, Rain’s enthusiasm for magical artifacts often provides comedic and engaging moments, as she is easily distracted by rare finds. Her dynamic with Yuke, ranging from admiration to friendly banter, adds an emotional and lighthearted element to the story.
