Owner Kobayashi (オーナー小林, Ōnā Kobayashi), is a supporting character in the anime and manga series Paripi Koumei (Ya Boy Kongming!). He is the proud owner of BB Lounge, a popular live music club located in Shibuya, Tokyo. While his intimidating appearance with his muscular build, stern expression, and tough demeanor may suggest otherwise, Kobayashi is actually a kind-hearted and deeply supportive mentor, especially toward young musicians and rising talent.
An enthusiast of Chinese history, Kobayashi is a diehard fan of the Three Kingdoms period and spends his free time playing Go and analyzing military strategy. At one point in his past, Kobayashi rescued Eiko Tsukimi, a young girl struggling emotionally and mentally, helping her get back on her feet.
