Madoka is a short girl with neck-length black hair and bangs angled to the right side, adorned with three hair clips, two on the right and one on the left, partially exposing her forehead. She has dark blue gray eyes and a petite figure.

During her appearances, Madoka is usually seen wearing the standard Tōtsuki uniform without the jacket. When cooking, she changes into a standard white chef’s uniform and wears round glasses.

Nothing much is known about Madoka’s personality. However, whenever she is around Zenji Marui, she shows a caring and cheerful demeanor toward him.

Madoka enrolled in Tōtsuki Culinary Academy as part of the 92nd Tōtsuki Generation and became a member of the Miyazato Seminar sometime before the 43rd Annual Tōtsuki Autumn Election.
