Appearance

Full Appearance in Anime
Kyousuke is a young boy with short black hair and a small, youthful build. He is noticeably shorter than his older sister Miko and is often seen wearing casual clothing, many of which feature animal motifs that match his innocent nature.
Personality
Kyousuke is extremely protective of Miko Yotsuya, sometimes jumping to conclusions when he believes something or someone may cause her trouble. He once assumed she had a suspicious boyfriend and took it upon himself to keep a close watch on her. Despite this overprotective streak, their sibling relationship is normal and affectionate, and they were close enough to bathe together when they were younger. Kyousuke can also be shy in unfamiliar social situations, such as when a shop worker questioned him while he was buying a birthday present for their mother.
Background
Kyousuke Yotsuya grew up in a small household alongside his parents, Mamoru and Touko Yotsuya, and his older sister Miko. After the passing of their father, Kyousuke continued living with his mother and Miko, forming a close-knit family of three. Although still young, Kyousuke often tries to act mature for his age, especially when it comes to looking out for his sister.
Despite not knowing about the spirits that haunt Miko’s daily life, he frequently worries about her well-being and tries to keep an eye on her, believing his role as the younger brother is to protect her. His upbringing has shaped him into a caring, perceptive, and occasionally overprotective sibling who genuinely wants the best for his family.
