Kyouko Izanami

Kyouko Izanami (伊座並 杏子, Izanami Kyōko) is Youta Narukami’s childhood friend and the girl he has long had a crush on in Kamisama ni Natta Hi. She is calm, intelligent, and reserved, often acting as a grounding presence in Youta’s life. Despite her quiet demeanor, she plays a central emotional role in Youta’s story and development.

Kyouko has long straight dark blue hair and striking pink eyes, giving her a calm and mature appearance. She typically wears two pink hair clips that hold her bangs to the side. Even from her middle school years, many boys around her age, including Youta, have considered her to be exceptionally beautiful.

Personality

Kyouko was once a mischievous, spirited, and cheerful little girl. However, after her mother’s death, she became more meek, quiet, and introverted. Even so, she still retains the gentle innocence and genuine kindness she had since childhood.

History

Kyouko Izanami was once a cheerful and energetic girl, especially close to her childhood friend Youta Narukami. However, after her mother passed away, she shut down emotionally and became quiet, shy, and distant from others.

When Hina Satō appears and pushes Youta to confess his feelings, Youta starts spending more time with Kyouko. Little by little, she begins to open up again and rediscover her lost warmth. Her story focuses on coping with loss, learning to heal, and slowly returning to the happy girl she used to be.
