As the leader of the Nine Red Scabbards, he inspired loyalty and devotion from his retainers, who became legendary samurai in their own right. His ultimate goal to open Wano’s borders was tragically cut short by his execution at the hands of Kurozumi Orochi and Kaidou, an event that came to be known as the Legendary Hour.
