Keine Kanzaki (神崎 桂音, Kanzaki Keine) is one of the main characters in the Chōjin-Kokosei-tachi wa Isekai demo Yoyū de Ikinuku Yōdesu! (High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World!) series. She is a highly skilled doctor and a member of the group known as the Seven Prodigies, a team of exceptionally talented high school students transported to a fantasy world where they use their abilities to transform society.
