International Women in Media Scholarship
All too often, women have to work extra hard to gain the same respect / status as a man in a similar position, especially those in foreign countries.
To this end, we atEveripediahave created a list of female reporters and journalists that we believe deserve recognition for their work. TheInternational Women in Media Scholarshipaims to bring awareness and recognition to women working tirelessly across the globe in search of the truth.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a senior in high school or currently enrolled in a college / university.

Must be fluent inEnglish. Submissions with poor grammar will not be considered.

Select the journalist that you are most interested in that does not have a page already.

Use the search bar if you are unsure.

Duplicate entries will not be accepted.

Copy and paste that name into the search bar to create the page.

Once you are on the edit screen, you should get a tour popup.

Finish creating the page.

Go to the contact page: https://www.everipedia.com/contact/

In the subject line, enter2017 International Women in Media Scholarship.

For the main body, enter your name, your Everipedia username, and the link to the page you created

Page Quality Guidelines

Needs to have a main image.

The better the quality of your page(s), the higher the chance you will be selected as the award recipient.

If you see another journalist or presenter that does not have a Wikipedia or an Everipedia page, you can create the page and submit it for consideration!
