Hiya is calm, collected, and detached, viewing the world with an alien perspective due to never being raised or taught by other beings. Initially amoral, Hiya performed services without concern for the concepts of good or evil, often requiring enormous sacrifices.

During their confrontation with Flio, Hiya’s arrogance and pride gave way to fear when faced with defeat. After being spared by Flio, Hiya developed loyalty to him, addressing him as “your supremacy,” partly out of fear but also fascination at his mercy and forgiveness. This experience sparked Hiya’s curiosity about emotions, personal bonds, and the behavior of other creatures.

Hiya’s outsider mentality also leads them to a playful, curious attitude toward sexuality. Being genderless, they have no inherent sexual taboos, making their behavior appear innocent yet unsettling. This is most evident during “training” with Damalynas, where Hiya explores intimacy and observation without malicious intent. They even attempted to spy on Flio and Rys, forcing Flio to create an impenetrable magical barrier to protect their privacy.

Hiya is a Djinn who was sealed inside a sword centuries ago. Before being confined, Hiya granted three wishes to those who sought power, often demanding devastating sacrifices in return, such as half a kingdom’s population. The sword containing Hiya was locked away in the royal palace treasure room of Klyrode.
