This repression eventually led her to snap, abandoning her normal life to embrace her desires and join the League of Villains.

Her alignment with the League reflects her disdain for society’s rigid norms, as she seeks a world where she can freely express her “love” without judgment. Toga’s loyalty to the League stems from her belief that they accept her for who she truly is.

Toga is a petite young woman with pale skin, golden eyes, and ash-blonde hair tied into messy buns. Her most distinctive features are her sharp canines, which give her a vampiric appearance. She often wears a sailor-style school uniform, contrasting her sinister nature. When acting as a member of the League, Toga dons a utility belt and a mask with a blood-sucking apparatus, which she uses to extract and consume the blood needed for her Quirk.

Toga is cheerful, bubbly, and seemingly childlike, often displaying an unsettling contrast between her sweet demeanor and her violent actions. She is deeply fascinated by people she admires, expressing her affection through acts of bloodshed.
