Appearance in Anime

Although of noble birth, Guild Girl is compassionate and empathetic, showing genuine concern for both the villages seeking aid against goblin attacks and the rookie adventurers who take on such dangerous quests. Aware of the increasing frequency of goblin raids and the limited resources of rural communities, she often laments that many villages cannot afford to hire skilled adventurers. Her concern is heightened by the high mortality and capture rates among inexperienced adventurers attempting goblin extermination missions, especially when silver-ranked adventurers decline these jobs due to low rewards, lack of recognition, or disinterest.

Regularly dealing with loud and boastful individuals, Guild Girl has grown to dislike overly boisterous behavior. She is instead drawn to reserved, dependable men what Inspector refers to as the “strong, silent type.” This preference leads her to develop feelings for Goblin Slayer, who consistently accepts goblin-related quests and stands out as one of the least boastful adventurers at the guild.

Appearance

Guild Girl has yellow-gold eyes and light brown hair styled into braids. She typically wears the standard guild receptionist uniform, consisting of a yellow jabot, a white dress shirt beneath a navy vest, a long black pencil skirt, and a three-strap black belt.

She is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful women in the frontier, earning admiration from both men and women. High Elf Archer once remarked that, when dressed in formal attire, Guild Girl resembles a Sylph, a spirit of the wind. Guild Girl attributes her curvaceous figure and toned build to a strict daily workout regimen.

Background

Guild Girl was born into a noble family but chose to work at the frontier branch of the Adventurer’s Guild rather than remain in the comfort of her social class. Her role as a receptionist involves managing quest requests from towns and villages, handling adventurer registration, processing paperwork, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and adventurers.

Over time, she became particularly concerned about goblin-related quests, which are often taken up by inexperienced adventurers due to the low rewards and lack of prestige. Witnessing the high casualty rates among rookies attempting such missions left a lasting impression on her. This concern eventually drew her attention to Goblin Slayer, a silver-ranked adventurer who consistently accepted these dangerous but undervalued tasks.

Through her work, Guild Girl has built strong relationships with many adventurers and townsfolk, becoming a trusted figure in the frontier community.

Abilities

Administrative Authority
In her capacity as a receptionist, Guild Girl has the authority to deny adventurers from accepting quests if she deems them unfit for the task. She also possesses the ability to promote or demote adventurers based on their performance and qualifications.

Bookkeeping
Responsible for managing and organizing potentially hundreds of requests, she records the location, time frame, estimated danger level, and monetary rewards for each quest.

Observational Skills
Demonstrates keen perception, as shown when she quickly deduced suspicious behavior from Rhea Scout by noting that his equipment was both unusually new and beyond what he could realistically afford, despite none of his companions having similar gear.

Relationships

Goblin Slayer
Initially, Guild Girl regarded Goblin Slayer as just another adventurer seeking recognition. Her opinion changed over time as he consistently took on goblin-related quests, easing her workload and safeguarding vulnerable villages. His dedication, stoicism, and willingness to accept tasks that others avoided earned her deep respect and eventually romantic feelings, which she has harbored for five years. She is occasionally assertive toward him, particularly when he overexerts himself or makes questionable remarks, and can be forceful enough to make him comply with her requests.

Spearman
Guild Girl is often the target of Spearman’s flirtations, which she finds irritating. Despite having no romantic interest in him, she remains friendly and professional in her capacity as a receptionist, treating him like any other adventurer.

Priestess
Guild Girl is pleased that Priestess accompanies Goblin Slayer, believing that having companions benefits him both in and out of combat.
