Eldmed Ditigeon’s Appearance in Anime

During the Mythical Age, Eldmed Ditigeon rose as one of the most feared demons, earning his place among the Four Evil Kings. His obsession with strength brought him into repeated conflict with the Demon King Anos Voldigoad, who ultimately defeated him. Fascinated rather than embittered, Eldmed became determined to witness the absolute limits of Anos’ power and often sought to create or discover worthy challengers. Among the human warriors he tested, only Hero Kanon met his standards, though even Kanon proved unable to rival the Demon King.

Following the Great War, Eldmed encountered the weakened Heavenly Father Nosgalia, who had been defeated by Anos. Seeing potential in Nosgalia’s plan to create a Child of God capable of destroying the Demon King, Eldmed allowed the god to rest within his own body. He later informed Shin Reglia and Great Spirit Reno of Nosgalia’s intentions, claiming that if they failed to stop the Child, it would prove unworthy of facing Anos. However, this was a calculated deception—Eldmed led them into a trap to provoke Nosgalia’s emergence.

When Shin struck him down, stabbing him through the heart, Nosgalia awakened and briefly hijacked Eldmed’s body to battle Shin. Although Shin beheaded Nosgalia in the fight, Eldmed regained control of his body even headless and returned to Dilhade. There, he confided in his second-in-command, Zeke Ozma, revealing a plan to steal Nosgalia’s divine power through a new spell. Unable to complete it himself, he looked instead to the fictional Demon King Avos Dilhevia, born from Hero Kanon’s rumors, to see that purpose fulfilled. Eventually, both his body and head were restored, though under the lingering influence of Nosgalia’s control.

Appearance

Eldmed Ditigeon is depicted as a tall, slender man with an imposing yet refined presence. His most distinctive features are his deep purple eyes and long purple hair, which emphasize his otherworldly aura as one of the Four Evil Kings. He typically dresses in a long trench coat that enhances his dignified yet intimidating image, paired with a top hat that lends him a theatrical, almost aristocratic air.

He is rarely seen without his long cane, a symbol of both his authority and his deceptive elegance. Though he presents himself with the polish of a nobleman, Eldmed’s appearance conceals the overwhelming destructive power and cunning intellect that earned him his reputation during the Mythical Age. His outward composure and tailored attire serve as a stark contrast to the chaos and fire that define his title as the Conflagration King.

Personality

Eldmed Ditigeon is characterized by his boldness and arrogance, often looking down on those he deems unworthy while showering genuine praise upon individuals who earn his respect, as seen with Anosh Polticoal. His fixation on strength transcends normal admiration; he becomes obsessively fascinated with beings who display extraordinary power, regarding them as the only individuals worthy of his time and acknowledgment. This unyielding obsession has made him infamous among peers and enemies alike, often branded as insane and unnerving by those outside his loyal circle of subordinates.

Despite his outward confidence and superiority, Eldmed’s personality is not rooted purely in vanity. His compulsive desire to test, challenge, and push powerful beings to their limits reflects a deeper philosophy: he views conflict and struggle as the ultimate crucible for revealing true greatness. As a result, his pursuits and schemes often span centuries or even millennia, as he remains fixated on the notion of finding or creating adversaries who can stand against the Demon King of Tyranny.

Eldmed harbors both deep respect and obsession toward Anos. Ever since Anos effortlessly bested him in combat, Eldmed has been fascinated by the Demon King’s overwhelming strength.
