This move was spearheaded by award-winning porn actress and director Kayden Kross, who assumed the role of CEO and executive overseeing major film distribution at the new studio. Kross emphasized that Deeper would not adhere to a formulaic approach, but rather continuously push boundaries to provide viewers with an experience that explores deeper aspects of human sexuality. In October 2019, Deeper secured an exclusive contract with actress Maitland Ward, who transitioned from her conventional career to the adult entertainment industry. Ward gained fame for her role in the 1990s series “Me and the World” before venturing into amateur videos on specialized sites. Her collaboration with Deeper, facilitated by her association with Blacked, elevated her to prominence within a few months of her porn debut at the age of 42.
