Prior to the events of Plastic Memories, Constance was assigned as Kazuki Kuwanomi’s Marksman partner following the end of her partnership with Isla. From that point forward, he supported Kazuki in retrieval missions for Terminal Service No. 1.

When Tsukasa Mizugaki joined Terminal Service, Constance welcomed him and provided a straightforward explanation about Giftia lifespans 81,920 hours, or approximately 9 years and 4 months. Later, at Kazuki’s direction, Constance became Tsukasa’s partner after Kazuki reassigned Isla back to herself. In his calm and informative manner, Constance shared with Tsukasa details about Isla’s pioneering role in adopting the “emotional approach” for Giftia retrievals, an approach that, at Kazuki’s request, remains unique to Terminal Service No. 1.

In Isla’s final moments, Constance accompanied Kazuki to the amusement park to discreetly observe Isla and Tsukasa spending their last day together. After Isla’s deactivation, Constance, along with the other Terminal Service staff, quietly reflected on her farewell letter, moved by its heartfelt message.

Constance is characterized by his gentle and composed nature. He maintains amicable relationships with the other staff members at Terminal Service No. 1, earning their respect through his reliability and calm demeanor. Constance displays wisdom and thoughtfulness, as seen in his supportive conversations with Tsukasa Mizugaki, where he offers guidance and insight into the work of the Terminal Service. Despite Kazuki Kuwanomi’s sometimes fiery temperament, Constance remains a steady and understanding partner, complementing her with his level-headedness.

Constance has the appearance of a young man in his late teens or early twenties, consistent with his design as a Giftia. He has short blue hair and wears distinctive red rectangular glasses. His youthful and human-like features are such that Tsukasa initially did not realize Constance was a Giftia upon meeting him. Like the rest of the Terminal Service No. 1 staff, Constance wears the standard company uniform during his duties.
