Chisato is a young girl with medium-length blonde hair styled in a bob cut and red eyes. She usually wears a red ribbon tied in a bow on the left side of her hair.

When operating as a Lycoris, she wears her red 1st Lycoris uniform, consisting of a red and grey pleated dress paired with black calf-high socks and brown loafers.

When working at Café LycoReco, she wears a red samue with dark blue and lime-green accents, a dark blue kimono skirt, and a beige apron wrapped around her waist. She also keeps an Alan Institute pendant around her neck at all times.

Chisato Nishikigi is said to be the strongest Lycoris. She enjoys taking on special missions that others cannot handle and prefers to use non-lethal methods to neutralize her opponents. At Café LycoReco, she works cheerfully and happily, calling herself the café’s poster girl.

Chisato Nishikigi was adopted by the DA as a young girl and trained in the Offensive Security Force, earning top marks. She later transferred to the Special Guard Force Tactics Unit, where her grades dropped. Born with a congenital heart disease, she received an artificial heart from the Alan Institute to survive.

While at DA Tokyo Headquarters, she shared a room with Fuki Harukawa. She gained fame for single-handedly protecting the Old Radio Tower from a terrorist attack, earning recognition even in rural areas.

Eventually, Chisato left the DA and began working independently under her Lycoris license at Café LycoReco.
