Beatrix is a sweet, outgoing, free-spirited, kindhearted, and bubbly young woman who lights up whenever anything related to Japan is mentioned. She often goes into enthusiastic detail about the country’s culture, customs, and traditions, sharing her admiration with excitement and passion.

Despite her cheerful nature, she is also determined and goal-oriented. Her dedication is shown when she insists on securing fresh fish for sushi, even if it means battling through zombies to make it happen. She is confident and unselfconscious as well, shown when she joyfully joins Akira Tendou and Kenichirou Ryuuzaki in a hot spring without hesitation or embarrassment.

Beatrix was an ordinary German girl until discovering Japanese culture on television, which sparked a deep fascination and a lifelong dream of visiting Japan. She spent years studying the language, history, and traditions of the country before finally traveling there, only for the zombie outbreak to begin. Determined to taste authentic sushi from a true master, she secured a fish truck and set out on her journey, joining Akira Tendou and his group after they witnessed her skillfully fighting off zombies in samurai armor. Together, they delivered the fish and enjoyed sushi prepared by the last surviving chef.

Afterward, the group sought a proper bath at a hot spring, where Beatrix cheerfully explained the history of mixed bathing and confidently joined the men when the women’s side was unavailable. Their moment was interrupted by zombies, forcing them to escape and camp on a cliff. The next morning, Beatrix teased Akira and Shizuka upon finding them bathing alone, but she and Kenichirou soon joined in as they all agreed that hot springs were meant to be shared.

Her strength and technique allow her to cleave zombies in half, while her accuracy is shown in her ability to land perfect headshots with arrows. She is also formidable against armed human opponents, as seen when she held her own in a fight against a chainsaw-wielding foe.
