Åsvær
Åsvær is a cluster of small islands situated on the Arctic Circle within the municipality of Dønna in Nordland county, Norway. Located on the southern side of the Nordåsværfjord, approximately 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) south of Lovund Island and 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) northwest of Dønna Island, Åsvær is home to the historic Åsvær Lighthouse, constructed in 1876. These islands are renowned for their rich herring fishery.[2]
