Arisa Ishino (石野 ありさ, Ishino Arisa) is a character in the 3D Kanojo: Real Girl series. She is a classmate of Hikari Tsutsui and Iroha Igarashi. Initially critical of Hikari due to his otaku lifestyle, Arisa gradually warms up to him and Iroha. Over time, she becomes one of their close friends and an active member of their growing circle.

Her willingness to look past reputations and give others a chance highlights her underlying sincerity and loyalty as a friend.Iroha is a strikingly beautiful and stylish high school girl, often described by Yuto Ito and Sumie Ayado as “the perfect 3D girl.” She has long, wavy light pink hair that reaches her waist, with her bangs swept to the left and a few longer strands framing her face down to her chest. Her eyes appear light or dark brown depending on the scene, adding to her expressive and captivating look.

Arisa was one of Hikari Tsutsui’s earliest friends, forming a bond with him in grade school after discovering his talent for drawing anime-style illustrations. In her pursuit of popularity and romance, she frequently sought relationships but often fell for unreliable or insincere partners, highlighting her struggle with poor judgment in love.

Arisa first encounters Mitsuya Takanashi when he publicly apologizes for his past behavior toward Hikari Tsutsui. Immediately drawn to him, she expresses her interest openly, despite Mitsuya’s initial reluctance. Over time, the two grow closer, and Mitsuya gradually develops feelings for Arisa, eventually asking her to become his girlfriend.
Their relationship continues beyond high school but is marked by ups and downs. Over the course of seven years, the couple repeatedly breaks up and reconciles. Their complex relationship takes a significant turn when Arisa becomes pregnant. This event prompts the two to commit fully to one another, leading to their marriage. After their wedding, Arisa takes Mitsuya’s surname, becoming Arisa Takanashi, and later gives birth to their son.
