Appearance

Appearance in Anime
Adonis is a pale-skinned young man of average height with a slim yet muscular build. He has short, messy blackish-blue hair with bangs that sometimes cover his red eyes, accentuated with black eyeliner, along with thick eyebrows and sharp facial features.
At the start of the series, he is heavily bandaged on his arms, wearing only a high-collared green jacket with golden buttons that exposes his torso when open, paired with torn white pants. As a child, he wore a dark grey shirt under a white collar, an indigo hooded jacket secured with brown belts, grey pants, and purple-laced boots.
After being rescued by Punch and his gang, Adonis dons a white t-shirt under a muted khaki jacket with folded sleeves, olive-green pants tightened with double belts, grey boots with yellow laces, and a beige cloak. He also wears brown goggles with silver lenses for motorcycle travel through the Wastelands. Later, he uses his magic to remove his right eye to restore Doroka’s vision.
Personality
Adonis is a highly calculative and strategic individual, known for his careful planning and precision, such as devising ways to systematically eliminate entire nations. He harbors a deep resentment toward humans due to the hardships they caused him and his master, a witch, and this hatred intensifies after humans harm his master.
Despite this dark side, he is also shown to be protective and caring toward those he is close to, demonstrating loyalty, empathy, and a willingness to sacrifice for their well-being. His personality balances cold, tactical thinking with moments of genuine kindness and emotional depth.
History
Adonis grew up as a homeless child, barely surviving until the witch Chloe Morgan found him. She took him in as her apprentice, and they formed a loving family bond, with Chloe acting as both teacher and mother. They lived in hiding due to the Witch Hunt, moving constantly to avoid capture, sharing tender moments despite their hardships.
One day in the Solsavian Region, they were ambushed by Redian soldiers. Adonis tried to protect Chloe with his Summoning Magic, but she handled the soldiers herself. Frustrated at feeling powerless, he confessed his love for her, which she reciprocated. Later, they were captured and brought to the Redia Empire’s capital, where Chloe’s magic was destroyed by a device suppressing her power, and she was publicly executed despite begging for Adonis’ life. Adonis survived but was imprisoned in Mayhem Prison as a Level SS threat.
During the next ten years in captivity, Adonis meticulously planned his vengeance, simulating countless scenarios for the perfect slaughter. He was finally able to enact his plan after being released by Doroka a decade later, fueled by grief, rage, and his desire for retribution.
