Laika

Provat Pecora Allières (プロヴァト・ペコラ・アリエース, Purobato Pekora Ariēsu) is a supporting character in Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita. She is the King of the Demon Kingdom and a popular idol. After meeting Azusa, she comes to treat her like an older sister while adopting a playful, mischievous little sister persona.

Laika

Appearance

Laika is polite, quiet, and has a strong sense of honor and respect. She believes in fair play and values strength, shown by asking Azusa to tutor her after their fight and offering to rebuild the house she damaged. She has a tomboyish side but usually handles housework. She is suspicious and hostile toward the Blue Dragon tribe due to their rivalry.

Personality

Pecora maintains a sophisticated and innocent outward appearance but is mischievous at heart and loves teasing others. She adopts a mature personality when acting as Demon King, but around Azusa and her family, she becomes playful and manipulative. Pecora has a history of frustrating Azusa, such as sending her on a pointless quest by withholding information. While she calls Azusa her sister and claims her feelings are sisterly, she often hints at romantic interest. In Season 2, Episode 8, she refers to an invitation to an art exhibition as a date.

Background

Laika is a Red Dragon who first appears challenging Azusa to a test of strength, claiming to be the strongest in the province of Nanterre. After being defeated, she decides to become Azusa’s student to improve herself.

Powers & Abilities

Laika can breathe fire, fly in dragon form, and has enough strength to destroy parts of a house. Her signature move is the “Dragon Kick.” She also demonstrates magical knowledge, creating protective fields, and is skilled in cooking, using her fire to prepare meals effectively.
