In human form, Flatorte appears as an adult woman with rear-facing dragon horns and a blue reptilian tail. She has lilac hair tied in loops on either side of her head, with a purple sheen, and light green eyes. At the wedding, she wears a pink dress; later, she is seen in a shoulder-less dress.

Flatorte is brash, abrasive, and often intentionally incompatible with others. She can be self-important, rude, and dismissive of those she opposes, particularly the Red Dragon Clan. Since joining Azusa, she has become more gentle but remains blunt, often expressing thoughts others avoid. She is skilled but overconfident, frequently rushing into situations and needing help. Flatorte is competitive, especially with Laika, and her sense of modesty is inconsistent, feeling uneasy about being seen naked in human form, though she sometimes strips freely in nature.

Flatorte is a Blue Dragon of the Blue Dragon Tribe and Laika’s rival. Her parents are Cainresq and Armeshtan. She had a previous boyfriend, though the timing is unknown. She first appears interrupting the wedding of Laika’s sister with her tribe, but she is ultimately defeated by Azusa.
