Arata is a handsome young man of average height, with a slender and lean build. He carries himself with quiet refinement, giving him a composed and polished appearance. He has dark green eyes and mildly wavy chestnut-colored hair, always arranged neatly to complement his calm and sophisticated demeanor.

Arata wields Hallucikinesis, a rare and powerful Usuba Gift. Like all Usuba abilities, it is unique and specializes in affecting the minds of Gift users rather than combating Grotesqueries. Through this power, Arata can create and manipulate illusions so convincingly that his targets can no longer trust their own senses. He is capable of producing multiple phantoms of himself, sometimes over twenty at once, each moving independently, as well as realistic clones of other people. His mastery is so great that he once defeated Kiyoka Kudou in a duel, despite Kiyoka being considered the strongest Gift user of his generation.

In addition to his illusion based Gift, Arata can also render himself invisible, making his presence undetectable to others. This ability greatly enhances his mobility and effectiveness, whether in combat, reconnaissance, or missions related to negotiation.

Arata is also highly skilled in several supernatural techniques. He demonstrates expertise in barrier creation, able to form expulsive force fields that repel or forcibly eject targets from a designated area. He can also produce and control multiple familiars for specialized tasks. Notable examples include a camouflaged familiar used to follow the Emperor’s car and another marked with the Usuba seal, which he sent to the Special Anti Grotesquerie Unit to deliver an urgent warning.
