Emma, as described by both Yuki and Shin, is a beautiful young woman of average height. She has wavy dark brown hair that falls to her lower back, with bangs framing just above her eyebrows. She has fair skin, a slender figure, and purplish-brown eyes.
Her outfits are usually fashionable, often consisting of turtleneck tops paired with jeans or long skirts and heeled boots. For accessories, she prefers to wear dangle earrings.
She is almost never seen without her two hearing aids, which are white in color.

Personality
Emma is generally described as a bubbly, outgoing, and sincere individual. She is also known for being extremely kind and empathetic toward others.
In her interactions with Itsuomi, who had been the main object of her affection since high school, she often displays a more childish side, especially when he brushes off her advances, much to her dismay. Despite her unrequited love, she would often vent her frustrations to Shin, and the two would drink together.
Because of her closeness with Shin, she was initially oblivious to his feelings for her until he confessed them himself. Faltered by his declaration, she was unable to respond right away. However, when she finally decided to give him a chance, she asked him out on a date and appeared shy when seen together with him.
History
Although little is known about Emma’s childhood, it is known that she attended the same high school as Itsuomi and Shin. She fell for Itsuomi at first sight and would pursue him whenever she had the chance, only to be turned down each time, making her love for him unrequited. She is also known to work at a beauty salon.
Despite her desire to win Itsuomi’s affection, she eventually learns from Shin that he has a girlfriend. Around the same time, Shin confesses his feelings for her, leaving her faltered by his sudden declaration.
Uncertain about her feelings toward Shin, given their closeness since high school, Emma later gains clarity after talking with her coworkers. She eventually decides to ask him out, and the two become a couple in the end.
