Yuki in Anime
Yuki is a petite, slender girl with chestnut brown hair tinted red and large brown eyes edged with red. She wears the black Day Class uniform with a red rose armband, symbolizing her role in the Disciplinary Committee, and carries the Artemis Rod on her thigh. In the anime, she wears ankle boots, while in the manga, she wears darker leather ones.
After awakening as a Pureblood Princess, Yuki’s beauty becomes more refined as her hair grows to her waist, her eyes turn redder, and her demeanor softens. She often wears elegant dresses, accessories, and heels while living at the Kuran mansion but dresses more simply when going out.
Yuki continues to wield Artemis, which later transforms into a scythe. At one point, she cuts her long hair with it to express her disapproval of Kaname’s actions, though centuries later, she grows it long again. As a child, her hair was already long, reaching the middle of her back.

History
Yuki was five years old when her uncle, Rido Kuran, tried to take her away. To protect her, her mother, Juri, sacrificed herself to seal Yuki’s vampire nature and erase her memories. Yuki’s first memory was of Kaname saving her from a Level E vampire during a snowy night. She was then adopted by Kaien Cross and raised as a human. Although she no longer remembered Kaname, he remained an important figure in her life and the person she deeply admired, eventually developing romantic feelings for him.
Even with her memories sealed, Yuki often suffered from nightmares until Zero Kiryu came to live with them. The two formed a close bond as Yuki found comfort in caring for him, checking on him at night, and ensuring he could sleep peacefully. She constantly worried about his well-being and became his self-appointed guardian.
