Osaragi is a striking young woman with a slender, well-defined figure. She has long, straight black hair that falls to her lower back, with shorter strands framing her face. Her bluish-grey eyes, slightly uneven and fringed, give her an emotionless, distant look.

Her attire consists of a dark purple dress with delicate floral mesh sleeves and a sheer veil draped over her head. Completing her somber appearance, she wears black shoes, resembling someone dressed for a funeral.

Osaragi vs. Dump

Osaragi is regarded as one of Japan’s most formidable assassins, earning her place among the elite members of the Order. Despite her rural upbringing and lack of any ties to the assassin world, she proved herself a natural prodigy in the art of killing. Shishiba described her as an ordinary young woman who grew up on a farm, yet her talent elevated her to the ranks of the nation’s deadliest killers. Her unmatched skill was demonstrated when she effortlessly killed Dump, an A-ranked serial murderer responsible for over 180 deaths. She also annihilated the Geisha, a skilled assassin capable of evading Satoru Yotsumura’s attacks, and even dismembered the formidable Carolina Reaper of X’s Organization with ease.

In combat, Osaragi is a master fighter who wields a collapsible buzzsaw as her primary weapon. She uses it for close combat as a normal saw and at medium range by spinning it on a cord like a flail, striking unpredictably from multiple directions. The cord can also ensnare or pull enemies toward her. Even without her weapon, she displays remarkable adaptability, using prayer tools, coins, and statues in combination with her hand to hand combat skills to dominate her opponents. She was able to defeat Dump using nothing but her surroundings and nearly killed Mafuyu Seba, who had undergone rigorous training and used a mask that enhanced his strength at the cost of his lifespan.

Beyond her skill, Osaragi possesses superhuman physical traits that make her nearly unstoppable. Her speed allows her to eliminate multiple armed foes in an instant and counter surprise attacks with precise reflexes. Despite her slender frame, her strength is immense, capable of shattering stone statues, decapitating large figures, and sending powerful fighters flying with a single strike. Even when unconscious, she clung to her heavy buzzsaw, a testament to her raw power. Her endurance is equally extraordinary; she can leap from great heights without injury and endure impalement or stabbing without flinching.
