Due to the experiment’s abrupt shutdown, Last Order escaped her containment, leading her to wander Academy City alone until she encountered Accelerator, the very esper who had previously slaughtered thousands of her clones in the Level 6 Shift Project.

Rather than fear or resent Accelerator, Last Order immediately trusts him, speaking to him in a playful and affectionate manner. Despite his attempts to push her away, she persists in staying by his side, ultimately forcing him to confront his past atrocities. Their unexpected bond leads Accelerator to risk his life to save her from the virus threatening to corrupt the Misaka Network, marking the beginning of his transformation from a ruthless killer to a protector.

Following these events, Last Order continues to stay with Accelerator, acting as his moral anchor and keeping him grounded in his humanity. As a Misaka clone, Last Order retains the same facial features as Misaka Mikoto, but due to her early-stage development, she appears much younger than her older clone counterparts. She has light brown hair cut short and amber-colored eyes, identical to the other Sisters.

Unlike the standard-issue military uniforms worn by the other clones, Last Order wears a loose-fitting white dress and sandals, giving her a more innocent and carefree look.
