However, unbeknownst to Re-L, Iggy’s programming includes directives from Donov Mayer, tasking him with monitoring and controlling Re-L’s actions, particularly when they involve the forbidden subject of Proxies.

This dual loyalty creates a subtle but persistent conflict within Iggy, as his desire to protect and support Re-L clashes with his obligations to Donov Mayer. This internal struggle becomes more pronounced as Re-L begins to defy Romdeau’s authority and pursue the truth about the Proxies.

Iggy is a humanoid AutoReiv with a sleek, utilitarian design befitting his role as an Entourage. His face is featureless, save for glowing yellow “eyes” that convey his expressions and emotions through subtle changes in intensity and color. His body is metallic and streamlined, emphasizing his efficiency and adaptability.

Iggy’s design reflects his dual purpose: a sophisticated assistant for Re-L and a tool for surveillance and control by Romdeau’s leadership.

Iggy exhibits a complex personality for an AutoReiv, displaying loyalty, protectiveness, and even emotional attachment toward Re-L. Despite his artificial nature, Iggy often behaves in ways that suggest genuine concern for her well-being, going beyond the mechanical execution of his duties.
