Delaney Robinson is a student at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.^[1]

On September 13, 2016, Robinson convened a press conference in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she bravely stepped forward to publicly accuse Allen Artis of rape. She detailed how her case had been mishandled by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as by local law enforcement and prosecutors.

The alleged sexual assault took place on February 14, 2016, at the Ram Village Apartments on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus.
